Tricks From The Trade | Bloody Mary
Kick your weekend up a notch with this Smoky, Spicy + Bacon-y Bloody Mary. Whip up a couple of these for you and your friends (chose wisely). Do blame us for the consequences.
Smoky Tomato Bloody Mary:
1 Oz., Gindo’s Honey Habanero Pepper Sauce
1 Teaspoon, Worcestershire Sauce
3 Oz.,Nonna’s Smoky Sauce from City Saucery
3 Oz., Spirit of Choice (we suggest No.4 Vodka or Casamigas Tequila)
1 Teaspoon, Yuzu Koshu (Red)
Fresh Cracked Black Pepper, To Taste
Celery Salt
Willy B’s Dehydrated Hot Sauce
1 Wedge, Lemon
1 Stalk, Celery
1 Slice, Bacon - Cooked
Directions:
1. Pour celery salt and dehydrated hot sauce onto a small plate. Rub the juicy side of the lemon wedge along the lip of a pint glass. Roll the outer edge of the glass in the mixture until fully coated. Fill with ice and set aside.
2. Squeeze the lemon into a shaker and drop it in. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake gently and strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a celery stalk, cooked and any other accoutrements desired.
