Anasazi Beans
Adobe Milling Co.
Crafted By: Denise Pribble
Dove Creek, CO
Anasazi beans take their name from the tribe that first cultivated them in New Mexico, thousands of years ago. Unsubstantiated sources say archaeologists in the 1950s rediscovered some 750-year-old beans in a clay pot amidst ancient ruins and were still able to sprout them!
This attractive purple-red and white bean cooks in about 2/3 the time of an ordinary pinto bean to a creamy even pink. It has a sweet, mild to full flavor with a mealy texture that is perfect for any Mexican, Latin American or Native American dish.

California Peach Vinegar
Sparrow Land
Crafted By: Jesse Layman
Ceres, CA
Light rose in color, crisp and clean with the flavor of sweet tree ripened peaches, this quality vinegar from Sparrow Lane has no added colors, or other unnatural additives often found in mass produced vinegars. Being so well balanced, it brings out the true natural flavors in a wide variety of dishes.
Delicious in a salad with grilled stone fruit and burrata or marscapone cheese, in marinades for pork and poultry, or in an herbed vinaigrette - the bright and poppy flavor of the vinegar is off-set by the sweetness of the peaches, making it a great sweet-and-sour option ideal for being enjoyed outside.
